You will oversee HR and safety, handling performance management, payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance with OSHA and employment laws to support growth and the culture.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of generalist HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of generalist-level HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR and safety functions onsite for the Madison location.
• Manage performance management, payroll, benefits, and compensation.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations efforts.
• Support recognition programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and laws.
• Partner with staff and leadership to build strong HR processes.
