Job summary

Sager Electronics is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist to support Distribution Center and Production teams in Fort Worth, TX. You will be the primary HR contact for frontline employees and leaders, guiding policy, employee relations, and compliance while fostering an engaging workplace.

The role focuses on onboarding, performance management, investigations, and collaboration with staffing partners to meet workforce needs. Strong communication and hands-on HR experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience in distribution, warehouse, manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, benefits, payroll, workers' compensation, recruiting and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally ADP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Spanish or Vietnamese bilingual skills strongly preferred.
• Weekly travel between Lewisville, TX and Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• As the primary on-site HR Generalist for Distribution Center and Production teams, partner with leaders and employees to foster a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders within Distribution and Production operations.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, employee relations matters, and workplace concerns.
• Support investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
• Lead onboarding for hourly employees and ensure a welcoming experience from day one.
• Contribute to exit interviews and retention trend analysis.
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement and development efforts.
• Assist with leave administration, workers' compensation, OSHA reporting and related compliance.
