Job summary

Sabre Industries is seeking an HR Generalist to provide professional HR guidance to internal client groups, assist the HR Manager with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, and uphold confidentiality in a manufacturing setting. You will support benefit administration, attendance, and policy questions at the plant site.

Responsibilities include conducting onboarding, advising employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and assisting with employee activities and investigations as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years recruiting experience and applicant flow management.
• Knowledge of HR laws including FMLA, ADA and Workers' Comp.
• Proficient MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and support to internal client groups.
• Assist HR Manager with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and projects.
• Serve as HR point of contact for plant employees on benefits, payroll and policies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal HR regulations.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and investigations when needed.
• Maintain employee information boards and assist with recognition events.
• Support related administrative tasks and cross-training within HR.
