Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, partnering across the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) and Enterprise Risk & Resiliency organizations from our Cleveland Headquarters. This on-site role requires 3+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications incl. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot and Forms.
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to assigned client group and leaders.
• Build relationships to understand business priorities and workforce needs.
• Support HR Managers with organizational changes and workforce planning.
• Use HR data to identify trends and advise on solutions.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Administer leave and ADA accommodations in compliance with laws.
