Sherwin-Williams in Cleveland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage a broad requisition load for the Performance Coatings Group. You will own full cycle recruitment, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through pre-hire steps, staying compliant and aligned with brand guidelines.

This on-site role emphasizes sourcing, events, and partner collaboration with HR and hiring managers. You will analyze TA metrics, drive process improvements, and help build a diverse, capable pipeline

Qualifications

• 2 years of full life cycle recruitment experience.
• Advanced sourcing experience with recruitment tech.
• Experience in presenting data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment for the Performance Coatings Group.
• Negotiate offers and compensation.
• Support background checks and pre-hire steps.
• Create and post job requisitions on time and compliantly.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Attract candidates through sourcing channels and events.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Track TA metrics and share insights regularly.
