Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support branch HR operations in SE Pennsylvania. The role focuses on driving a proactive HR mindset, partnering with leadership, and delivering solutions that improve environments and retention.

Responsibilities include handling payroll changes in UltiPro, employee relations, and timely documentation. You will work on-site at West Chester and Coatesville, coordinate with recruitment, and help implement policies while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Willingness to travel to SE Pennsylvania branches.
• Exposure to Total Rewards, Talent Management, etc.
• Proficient handling employee relations with confidentiality.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience with temporary staff.

Responsibilities

• Will work onsite at West Chester and Coatesville each week.
• Partner with branch leadership on site business initiatives and challenges.
• Support daily HR operations: status changes, attendance tracking, and Kronos issues.
• Address employee relations matters with thorough documentation.
• Assist HR Manager with investigations and policy implementations.
• Be a point of contact for payroll questions, health plan options, and open enrollment.
• Support recruitment efforts to ensure smooth new hire experience.
• Compile People Metrics and help develop regional solutions.
• Suggest training needs to regional General Manager.
• Process payroll change notices and updates in UltiPro.
