CTDI is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support branch operations in SE Pennsylvania, focusing on proactive HR partnership, compliance, and employee relations. You will collaborate with branch leaders to drive people initiatives and improve workplace culture.
The role requires 2–3 years in HR, strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to travel between West Chester and Coatesville locations. CTDI offers competitive benefits and weekly pay.

The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for addressing Human Resources concerns within their respective branch. This individual will be focused on supporting the human capital element of the business and mitigation of risk to the branch, while also supporting its’ operational efficiencies. This role is key in supporting the change in HR mindset from a reactive, employee relations only role to a positive, pro-active, collaborative, solution-based team that is an integral part of the business. The goal is to make the branch management teams better leaders, create better environments and ensure CTDI is an employer of choice.
