Job summary

Adient US LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR operations at the Riverside, Missouri plant. The role involves administering benefits, supporting recruiting, orientation, and policy development to align with corporate programs.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years in a similar HR role with personnel systems knowledge.
Experience leading teams and directing HR processes effectively.
Proficient with Kronos, Access, Lotus Notes and PeopleSoft.
Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting, screening, interviewing, and background checks for salaried and hourly staff.
Support orientation programs and promote employee involvement across the plant.
Maintain computerized personnel databases in compliance with laws and policies.
Draft and update policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Coordinate leave programs (FMLA/FLA) and monthly HR reports.
