Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to be the onsite HR contact for the Indianapolis contact center. You will handle employee relations concerns, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to site leaders on policy interpretation and performance management.

You will coach managers, manage case workflow from intake to closure, and escalate complex matters to Legal/Compliance as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations responsibility.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on action.
• Knowledge of federal employment practices and policy application.
• Experience supporting a high-volume hourly workforce and frontline leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite HR point of contact for employee relations across the Indianapolis contact center.
• Receive, assess, document, and resolve employee relations concerns including conduct, attendance, and policy questions.
• Conduct timely, fair investigations with intake, witness interviews, evidence review, findings, and recommended steps.
• Manage cases from intake to closure and escalate high-risk matters to leadership or Legal/Compliance as needed.
• Support harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and ethics-related policy violations per protocols.
