Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd. in Indianapolis seeks an HR Generalist to serve as the primary onsite HR partner for employees and leaders.

You will handle employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, coach managers, and ensure policy application consistent with U.S. employment practices. You will collaborate with Legal, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and site operations to support a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce within a busy Indianapolis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years of progressive HR experience with substantial employee relations responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR partner for employee relations and investigations at the Indianapolis center.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, behavior, documentation, and corrective action.
• Ensure consistent application of Omega policies and U.S. employment practices.
• Maintain confidential, audit-ready HR records and support site operations with HR guidance.
• Partner with Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Legal/Compliance to resolve issues and support engagement.
