Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day Human Resources operations, with primary responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, compliance support, employee communications, recordkeeping, and departmental coordination. The Generalist serves as a resource to employees and managers, identifies opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience, and assists with department initiatives and projects under the direction of the Director of Human Resources.
