Job summary

Master’s Transportation, Inc. seeks a proactive Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and administrative HR tasks at our headquarters in Kansas City, MO.

The role focuses on improving the employee experience while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in HR, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS platforms.
• Preference for ADP WFN experience.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and administration of the HRIS platform.
• Support managers in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Facilitate talent acquisition for assigned departments.
• Screen and onboard candidates for departments.
• Collaborate on policies, employment resources and compliance.
• Respond to inquiries from applicants, employees and managers.
