Job summary

You will be the primary onsite HR contact, partnering with regional HR leadership to address workforce challenges and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in employee relations and coaching.
• Experience with recruiting and hiring processes.
• Familiarity with onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and HR processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR resource for employees, supervisors and leadership.
• Provide employee relations support, including coaching, guidance, conflict resolution, and handling sensitive conversations.
• Lead recruiting efforts for production and manufacturing positions.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and support hiring activities.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes.
• Assist employees with benefit questions, enrollments, and qualifying life event changes.
• Coordinate and administer required training programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Partner with managers to address workforce challenges and employee concerns.
• Support HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with regional HR leadership on escalated employee matters and special projects.
