Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an HR Generalist I to support a large manufacturing organization in McMinnville, Oregon. The role provides hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle and you'll partner with employees and leaders on onboarding, performance management, engagement, development, benefits, and offboarding.

Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, ensuring EEO compliance, assisting with job descriptions, compensation analysis, and benefits reviews, and supporting performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous HR experience through internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles.
• General understanding of HR practices and talent management.

• Support compliance with EEO and employment regulations.
• Assist with job descriptions, evaluations, compensation analysis, and benefits reviews.
• Support performance reviews and succession planning.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys and action plans.
• Partner with managers on employee relations matters.
• Assist with employee concern investigations and documentation.
• Deliver training on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Use HR reporting and analytics to identify workforce trends.
• Support labor relations activities when applicable.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Education

Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Thursday, 4x10-hour shifts

Compensation: $70,000-$102,000 + 10% annual bonus

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience through work, academics, or extracurricular activities
• Experience supporting a manufacturing environment
• Exposure to unionized workforces
