Job summary

South Carolina DDSN seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations for the TTC Boeing Project, partnering with internal teams to strengthen recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Human Resources, this onsite role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to laws and policy while providing guidance across HR functions and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or an associate degree with relevant work experience.
• Candidates currently enrolled in a related degree program may be considered based on education and relevant experience.
• 3–5 years HR generalist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR functions with emphasis on compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Provide guidance across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, classification/compensation, and performance management.
• Interpret and apply federal and state laws, regulations, and policies governing HR practices.
• Collaborate with TTC HR team to ensure alignment with procedures.
• Lead New Employee Orientation and assist onboarding for a positive employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records with confidentiality and adherence to laws.
• Build relationships with employees, supervisors, and external partners.
• Analyze situations, exercise sound judgment, and make recommendations within authority.
• Demonstrate flexibility in a changing environment.
• Support HR projects, audits, and process improvements.
