Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as a primary HR contact for General Managers and staff in Boise, onsite. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, investigations, policy interpretation, onboarding, and HR operations.

You will work closely with GMs, ensuring consistent HR application and strong communication. The ideal candidate has 2+ years HR experience, a bachelor’s degree, and comfort handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience as Generalist or similar.
• Working knowledge of general HR practices and employment policies.
• Experience supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with regular team communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to employees and General Managers across assigned locations.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, programs, and processes to employee and workplace matters.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, corrective action, and employee relations.
• Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend resolutions.
• Identify and escalate complex or sensitive HR concerns.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, records, and documentation.
• Analyze HR data and workforce trends to identify concerns and solutions.
• Partner with General Managers on workforce decisions and employee matters.
• Support employee engagement, HR programs, policy updates, training, and initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and organized HR tracking.
• Collaborate with the HR team on projects and process improvements.
• Participate in HR meetings, training, and other projects as assigned
