Medline is seeking an Associate HR Generalist for an onsite, Monday–Friday role in Texas. The position supports HR and management in delivering HR services, answering policy questions, and ensuring HR requirements are met.
The role requires flexibility for a multi-shift operation and may include travel up to 25% of the time. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee data, advising on HR policy, administering job evaluations and compensation, onboarding, and training program support.
**THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE MONDAY - FRIDAY (AND ONE WEEKEND DAY PER MONTH) WITH HOURS 12PM - 9PM THAT REQUIRES FLEXIBILITY FOR A MULTIPLE SHIFT OPERATION** The Associate HR Generalist supports HR and management in delivery of HR services. Under supervision, the Associate HRG provides guidance and solutions on human resources operational issues. In addition, this individual serves as contact for employees and answers questions regarding HR policies and procedures. The Associate HR Generalist also ensures the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $58,000.00 - $87,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
