Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Fort Worth logistics center. This hands-on role spans employee support, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, benefits, and workplace safety, collaborating with Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, and site leadership to deliver a positive employee experience.

You will drive orientation, maintain records, and support HR programs while engaging with employees on the floor. A fast-paced logistics environment requires teamwork and discretion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience or similar experience preferred.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, data-entry, and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable learning HR systems and technology.
• Collaborative and approachable in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Open to feedback and knowing when to engage HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an accessible HR resource for employees and leaders on questions about policies, attendance, leave, payroll, benefits, and postings.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, on-site postings, job fairs, temporary staffing, and related administrative tasks.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding, including HRIS documentation and E-Verify processes.
• Support offboarding, separation documentation, HRIS updates, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records, onsite files, postings, and HR documentation.
• Partner with Payroll on PTO, time-punch corrections, paycheck issues, overtime, hours, and attendance reporting.
• Support workplace safety processes, including incident documentation, testing coordination, safety records, and audits.
• Build relationships with employees through regular visibility on the logistics-center floor and support engagement and site events.
• Collaborate across HR teams and support company-wide HR programs and initiatives.
