Job description

HR Coordinator | Fort Worth, TX

At TD SYNNEX, our people are at the heart of what we do. As an HR Coordinator supporting our Fort Worth logistics center, you'll play an important role in creating a positive employee experience while helping keep essential HR processes running smoothly.

About The Role

This is a hands-on opportunity to build broad Human Resources experience across employee support, onboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employee engagement, and workplace safety. You'll partner with employees, site leadership, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, Safety, and other HR teams while serving as an approachable HR resource for the location.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as an accessible HR resource for employees and leaders, helping with policies, attendance, leave of absence, payroll, benefits, and other workplace questions.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, on-site job postings, job fairs, temporary staffing partners, and related administrative processes.
  • Facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding, including HRIS documentation and E-Verify processes.
  • Support offboarding, separation documentation, HRIS updates, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, onsite files, required postings, and HR documentation.
  • Partner with Payroll on PTO, time-punch corrections, paycheck issues, overtime, hours, and attendance reporting.
  • Support workplace safety processes, including incident documentation, testing coordination, safety records, and audits.
  • Build relationships with employees through regular visibility on the logistics-center floor and support employee engagement and site events.
  • Collaborate across HR teams and support company-wide HR programs and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Approximately 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience preferred, with an understanding of core HR practices and processes.
  • SHRM or PHR certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organization, data-entry, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable learning HR systems and technology.
  • Collaborative and approachable, with the flexibility to work effectively with employees and leaders in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Sound judgment, openness to feedback, and the ability to recognize when to engage the appropriate HR partner.
Your Impact

You'll have the opportunity to make a visible difference in the day-to-day employee experience while gaining exposure to multiple areas of HR. By building relationships across the site and connecting employees and leaders with the right resources, you'll help foster a workplace focused on inclusion, belonging, psychological safety, and employee engagement.

Working Conditions & Schedule

This position supports the Fort Worth location and is primarily onsite, with one remote-work day available. First-shift scheduling offers flexibility, with a morning start between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. Occasional third-shift visits may be required to provide employee and leadership support. The distribution-center environment may include high noise levels, temperature changes, humidity, outdoor conditions, and occasional non-standard hours or overtime based on business needs. At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing. These principles shape how we work with each other, our partners, and our communities as we drive innovation and create lasting impact.
