Job summary

Novolex is seeking an On Site HR Coordinator for our Temple, TX production plant. You will handle payroll, onboarding, benefits administration and employee relations, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. A bilingual English/Spanish background is preferred and an associates degree or equivalent experience is required.

Strong MS Office skills and communication abilities are essential. You will collaborate with the HR Manager and interact daily with employees and managers, supporting

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong written and spoken communication.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll administration processes to ensure accurate, timely payrolls.
• Support onboarding and exiting processes, orientation and retention programs.
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities.
• Participate in recruitment, talent, leadership development and retention efforts.
• Maintain confidentiality and respond to employee questions promptly.
