Novolex is seeking an On Site HR Coordinator at the Temple, TX production plant to provide essential HR support. The role emphasizes compliance, confidentiality, and daily interactions with employees while collaborating with the HR Manager.

Proficiency in payroll activities, onboarding, and benefits is required. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, an associates degree or equivalent, and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll-related processes to ensure accurate, timely payrolls.
• Collaborate in a diverse team, delivering friendly, responsive service to employees and managers.
• Lead onboarding and exit processes, including orientation and retention programs.
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment communications.
• Address employee questions and facilitate resolution of concerns.
• Support recruitment, talent development, retention, engagement, and performance initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks with good attendance.
