• Coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Assist payroll and timekeeping tasks.
• Maintain employee confidentiality across HR duties.
• Process new hire paperwork and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for the HR Department.
• Act as the primary greeter for employees and applicants.
• Answer HR questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Handle correspondence with applicants, including setting up interviews and follow up.
• Verify employment and maintain employee confidentiality.
• Process new hire paperwork and onboarding.
• Coordinate and perform new hire onboarding.
• Assist employees in keeping information up to date within payroll and HRIS.
• Maintain procedures and controls that support effective communication.
• Serve as backup for HR staff and payroll support.
• Provide broader office and administrative support as directed by HR Director.
