Goebel Fixture Company is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide day-to-day HR support for our NJ operations and assist the HR team with activities across states where we operate. The role partners with HR Business Partners to handle onboarding, 30/60/90-day check-ins, employee relations, and HR administration, while maintaining confidential information with discretion.

• Bachelor’s or 2-year degree in HR-related field.
• 1–2 years in HR coordinator/generalist role.
• Multi-state HR support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners on day-to-day HR activities.
• Coordinate NJ onsite HR support and multi-state needs.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and documentation.
• Support onboarding, 30/60/90-day check-ins, and onboarding documentation.
• Handle state affiliation, licensing, credentialing, and unemployment processes.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data; assist with HR audits and reporting.
• Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.
