Goebel Fixture Company in Arden Hills, MN is seeking an HR Manager to partner with leadership and support all HR functions across recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, manage onboarding, participate in compensation planning, oversee benefits, and lead training initiatives while ensuring policy compliance and data-driven HR insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business.
• Five years progressive HR experience; 3 in generalist role.
• Strong coaching, influencing and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong initiative and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and salary negotiations.
• Oversee onboarding and new employee orientation.
• Advise on compensation planning and market benchmarking; administer compensation programs.
• Manage benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Lead performance management processes and employee development plans.
• Investigate employee relations issues in partnership with management.
• Develop and deliver training programs as needed.
• Provide HR data insights to leaders to support decisions.
