Job summary

Fox Pest Control in Logan, Utah is seeking an HR Coordinator for an in-office role. You will serve as the first contact for employee questions, oversee onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, and HRIS tasks to support daily HR operations.

You will collaborate with field managers and fellow HR staff to ensure smooth processes, contribute to audits and projects, and help maintain a positive, productive workplace culture through strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent field
• Or 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for all employee questions via email and phone calls.
• Guide newly hired employees through onboarding processes, including background checks, motor vehicle records checks, drug tests, etc., and coordinate hand-off on day one.
• Conduct and facilitate new hire orientation presentations to introduce company policies, procedures and benefits.
• Assist with annual audits and special projects, contributing to ongoing HR practices improvements.
• Provide essential administrative support, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
• Manage health insurance enrollments to ensure employees have access to benefits.
• Act as a backup and main resource to other HR Coordinators, offering support and expertise.
• Handle unemployment and workers compensation claims with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with other HR coordinators and team members to address human resource needs.
