Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor for our Logan, Utah manufacturing facility. This on-site role reports to the HR Team Leader and will lead recruitment, onboarding, policy administration, performance management, and employee relations while supporting strategic workforce planning with the HR Americas team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business/HR and 1–3 years in HR/leadership, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, HR or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in human resources and/or leadership is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver engaging presentations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and onboard new hires.
• Policy administration.
• Performance management.
• Partner (employee) relations.
• Administer internal job transfers.
• Partner training.
• HR process improvement.
• Collaborate with the HR Team Leader to lead partners and align with DC team.
• Maintain HR systems including Workday and Kronos.
