Job summary

Fox Pest Control in Logan, Utah, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a positive workplace culture through onboarding, benefits, and employee communication.

In this in-office role, you will manage onboarding, conduct new hire orientation, handle audits, maintain HR records, and assist with health insurance enrollments. Collaboration with field managers and other coordinators is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent field
• Or 3 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Employee communication: first point of contact for questions via email and phone.
• Onboarding: guide new hires through onboarding with background checks and admin tasks.
• Orientation: conduct new hire orientation and explain policies and benefits.
• Audits & projects: assist with annual audits and special HR projects.
• Administrative support: record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
• Health insurance: manage enrollments and ensure benefits access.
• Resource & backup: support other HR coordinators as needed.
• Claims handling: assist with unemployment and workers' compensation matters.
• Team collaboration: work with HR team to address needs.
