Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent field preferred.
• Or 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions via email and phone.
• Guide onboarding for new hires, including background checks and onboarding tasks.
• Conduct and facilitate new hire orientation presentations on policies and benefits.
• Assist with annual audits and special HR projects.
• Provide essential HR administrative support and HRIS data entry.
• Manage health insurance enrollments for employees.
• Act as a backup resource to other HR Coordinators.
• Handle unemployment and workers' compensation claims.
• Collaborate with HR team to address human resource needs.
