Job summary

Allegion is looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner for our Pico Rivera manufacturing facility. You'll support plant leadership in labor relations, employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management. This role requires on-site presence and focuses on a collaborative relationship with union representatives.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, at least 3 years in an HR role, and strong knowledge of labor-management relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Proficiency in conducting workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for the Pico Rivera plant.
• Lead workplace investigations on harassment and misconduct.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for various positions.
