Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support employee relations, compliance and reporting across North America.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 7 years’ HR experience; union experience is strongly preferred. This position is based in St. Louis with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications or related field with 7 years HR experience.
• Union experience strongly preferred.
• HRIS knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complaint investigations and manage the litigation process.
• Conduct employee investigations related to EEO violations and charges.
• Ensure compliance with state Paid Leave programs.
• Oversee administration of FMLA.
• Participate in collective bargaining and labor negotiations with union representatives to support the organization’s steel fabrication strategy.
• Collect data and prepare reports for internal, external, and governmental compliance needs.
• Administer the Drug-Free Workplace program.
• Lead the collection and submission of annual EEO-1 and VETS-100 reports.
• Support talent review and succession planning processes.
