Millerbernd Manufacturing Company in Winsted, MN is seeking an HRBP Manager to lead our HRBP team onsite, shaping employee relations, policy interpretation, and talent development in a manufacturing setting.

You will collaborate with leaders to design strategic HR initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance organizational development while guiding transitions and workforce planning. This role emphasizes urgent issue resolution and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of Strategic HR Leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment laws, including OSHA and Workers’ Compensation.
• Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to drive the HR strategic agenda.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the HR Business Partner team to high performance.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with goals.
• Design organizational development strategies to boost effectiveness.
• Ensure legal compliance and consistency of policies and processes.
• Drive talent management: succession planning and leadership development.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations and labor laws.
• Support transitions as a change agent across the org.
• Lead workforce planning to meet future needs.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead HRIS, onboarding, and employee communications initiatives.
• Promote inclusive, collaborative work environment.
• Partner with Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Marketing, TA managers.
