You will provide expertise in employee relations, development, and culture, guiding compensation, design, and projects to drive a great employee experience.

The role is onsite in Winsted, MN, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to influence HR strategy and operations across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Experience in organization design, coaching, and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Ability to drive strategic HR agenda and communicate clearly.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and explains HR policies to managers and employees while ensuring legal compliance.
• Advises on performance management, employee relations, discipline, and corrective actions.
• Manages compensation, benefits, leave, safety, and HR projects.
• Leads investigations of complex cases and responds to inquiries.
• Supports interactive process under ADA/ FMLA/ EEOC and action plans.
• Acts as process owner for HR domains like onboarding and time/attendance.
