Qualifications

• BA/BS in HRM or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Ability to drive strategic HR initiatives and culture change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a business team with multiple HR processes.
• Provide advice on performance management, employee relations, and investigations.
• Administer and execute HR programs across compensation, benefits, safety, and leave.
• Lead special HR projects and analyze data to recommend solutions.
• Explain and apply policies and regulatory requirements to managers and employees.
• Serve as process owner for select HR domains (communications, HRIS, onboarding).
