This onsite role offers a competitive annual salary between $88,000 and $93,000, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), PTO and holidays, with a path to growth in a startup-like culture. Hybrid possibility after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Human Resources, preferably as HRBP or multifunctional HR role.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Knowledge of multistate employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for Lenexa employees, with potential reach to US locations.
• Partner with leaders to resolve employee concerns, document issues, and escalate when needed.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes with accuracy and care.
• Support performance management, policy updates, and training initiatives.
