This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys benefits administration, building relationships, and creating programs that support employee well-being.

The Senior HR Generalist will manage benefits, retirement, and wellness programs; coordinate open enrollment; and oversee leave administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant benefits administration.
• Knowledge of benefits, wellness programs, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable addressing large groups.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Experience in an operations or production environment is a plus.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience and HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators.

• Present benefits information to employees and leadership; support Total Rewards initiatives.

• Manage relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators
• Oversee leave administration, including FMLA and other employee leave programs
• Plan and coordinate wellness initiatives, events, and employee engagement activities
• Monitor benefits compliance, reporting, and program effectiveness
• Present benefits information to employees and leadership while supporting broader Total Rewards initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant benefits administration experience;8+ years preferred
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, wellness programs, retirement plans, and leave administration
• Genuine interest in specializing in benefits and employee well-being
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including comfort speaking to large groups
• Patient, approachable, and able to explain complex benefits information to employees
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Experience in an operations or production environment is a plus
• SAP SuccessFactors experience and HR certification are preferred
