Job summary

You will partner with leaders, manage HR processes for onsite and remote employees, ensure compliance with multistate laws, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture while driving HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably as a HRBP.
• SHRM-CP/PHR certification a plus.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Experience with HRIS systems, reporting tools, and basic analytics.
• Experience with BambooHR a plus.
• Knowledge of multistate employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools.
• Collaborative, approachable, and committed to delivering exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employees in the Lenexa office for HR inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
• Partner with leaders and employees to resolve employee concerns by gathering information and escalating when appropriate.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Solvd US values.
• Develop managers with coaching, policy interpretation, and best-practice guidance.
