United Ground Express, Inc. is seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner for Hub Services at DEN. You will collaborate with HR leadership and site leaders to deliver employee relations guidance and HR service delivery.

Responsibilities include investigations support, onboarding, policy inquiries, training coordination, and reporting. On-site at Denver International Airport, occasional travel may be required. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Competenze

• 3+ years HR experience or relevant degree.
• Associate degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Detail oriented with confidentiality in daily operations.
• Experience with employee investigations and managing employee relations.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed.
• Not a remote position; on-site at DEN airport.

Mansioni

• Assist HRBP with investigations and meetings, sometimes leading low-risk cases.
• Provide general HR guidance and respond to inquiries on policies, leaves, and unemployment claims.
• Offer HR support to internal customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation.
• Partner with HRBP on people matters to understand the business.
• Support training initiatives at the local site.
