Job summary

Nunez Community College is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support Continuous Performance Management, policy administration, and SCS compliance inquiries as a primary point of contact. This onsite role in Baton Rouge, LA combines HR process ownership with daily office support.

The analyst will coordinate information, manage inbound calls, update job descriptions, and assist other analysts and leaders across HR operations.

Qualifications

• Specific HR knowledge and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience with HR processes and policy administration is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional reception and greet visitors with professionalism.
• Manage the CPM process from start to finish, tracking movement and assisting as needed.
• Answer calls and provide general information on office services.
• Coordinate and update job descriptions.
• Support policy administration activities.
• Communicate with analysts, specialists, and leaders to support HR operations.
• Assist the team with daily office tasks.
