Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related field preferred (internships or co-op experience acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems.
• Enter, update, and audit employee and applicant data within HRIS systems (e.g., SAP).
• Process employment verifications for current and former employees.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure documentation compliance (I-9, policies).
• Schedule interviews and maintain applicant tracking data.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and provide timely responses.
• Support benefits enrollment, eligibility tracking, and status changes.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports using Excel (headcount, turnover, attendance).
• Assist with audits by organizing required documentation.
