Core Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Services professional to manage high-value relationships in our on-site Austin operations. You will align client needs with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and revenue growth across AI/HPC platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing roles within mission-critical data centers and AI infrastructures, with a track record of top-line impact. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles with a track record of building relationships that convert to revenue.
• Experience working in or with mission-critical data centers, AI hardware/software, Nvidia, and leading technology ecosystem partners.
• Knowledge of HPC, AI infrastructure, hyperscale technology.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data center operations, or high-performance computing systems.
• Proven high-touch account management experience or related experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure customer and department success.
• Build long-term HPC relationships and grow the AI/HPC portfolio.
• Analyze customer personas and target demographics to generate leads.
• Own networking events to build and maintain local, professional, and channel partner relationships.
• Represent the client voice to influence product development and align with company strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive prospective HPC clients to data centers for onsite tours and meetings.
