Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with HPC or GenAI clusters
• Hands-on GPU deployment, system configuration, and multi-node testing using BCM
• Experience with cluster benchmarking tools: HPL, STREAM, NCCL, RCCL, MxP, OSU Microbenchmarks
• RHCSA or 5+ years of Enterprise Linux (RHEL/Rocky/Ubuntu) systems administration
• Understanding of high-speed GenAI/HPC fabrics and networking (InfiniBand/RoCE)
• Containerization and workload orchestration (Docker, Singularity/Apptainer, Slurm, Kubernetes)
• Excellent technical troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills
• Travel up to 70% across the U.S. for deployment projects

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and validate GPU-accelerated compute clusters for AI, ML, HPC using BCM
• Perform multi-node testing and benchmarking with HPL, STREAM, NCCL, RCCL, MxP, OSU benchmarks
• Validate GPU interconnects and fabric health; troubleshoot hardware and network issues and coordinate remediation
• Configure, harden, and optimize Linux OS (RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky) for GenAI/HPC workloads
• Produce detailed as-built documentation and performance verification reports
• Work directly with enterprise customers onsite across the U.S.
