Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) required.
• 3–4+ years in corporate hospitality or luxury service.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new systems (visitor management, call center tools).

Responsibilities

• Front desk and lobby operations; greet employees and visitors.
• Provide high-level professional service with a service mindset.
• Manage inquiries, requests, and issues promptly.
• Partner with Security for access control and campus safety.
• Handle visitor check-in, badge assignment, host notifications.
• Coordinate guest amenities and vendor deliveries.
• Support programs like parking placards and Clipper Cards.
• Assist with projects and process improvements.
