Qualifications

• Bachelor-like ability to navigate healthcare financial assistance programs and required documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for bedside patient interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients at bedside for eligibility in federal/state programs.
• Complete applications and follow through until approved.
• Document thoroughly in Elevate PFS and hospital systems.
