Job summary

RealManage, a growing HOA management company, is seeking a full-time onsite Property Manager in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on governance, budgeting, policy development, and member relations to deliver exceptional service to HOA clients.

The candidate will oversee budgets, ensure compliance with board policies, and lead department managers while maintaining strong client partnerships. A valid license and two years of HOA experience are preferred, with CMCA a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two-years as an Onsite HOA property manager.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desired.
• Associates degree or higher.
• Customer service focused; CAMs service their client daily.
• Proactive communication with clients and team.
• Budget and operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all policies/procedures as defined by the Board of Directors.
• Plan, develop and approve operating policies, procedures, methods and regulations.
• Direct the work of all department managers.
• Develop annual operating, cash, and capital budgets and periodic checkpoints.
• Prepare monthly financial reports to the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate long-range and annual business plans aligned with by-laws.
• Monitor policy impact on services and drive improvements.
• Maintain dialogue with members for input on direction and improvements.
• Coordinate with the Board on strategic plans.
