Qualifications

• 5 years or more experience in HOA portfolio property management required.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to drive around the local market.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of community associations and act as a liaison between the association board and RowCal's divisions.
• Coordinate homeowner ACC requests and oversee covenants enforcement.
• Prepare for and attend all Board Meetings, managing necessary documentation.
