Job summary

Cedar Management Group is seeking an Onsite Community Manager to provide day-to-day field oversight of the Master HOA’s facilities, grounds, vendors, and community projects. This on-site role leads the physical condition of Association property, inspects the community, coordinates contractors, and follows projects through to resolution.

It is a hands-on position, not primarily administrative or clubhouse-based, and does not require licensed trade work or replacement of contracted vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CMCA, AMS or PCAM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of landscaping, pool areas, buildings, grounds, and active projects.
• Meet contractors on-site and oversee vendors serving the community.
• Oversee work against scope and schedule; address deficiencies with vendors and verify completion.
• Develop proposed scopes of work and obtain RFPs from qualified vendors for Board consideration.
• Attend weekly Board calls and monthly Board meetings to update on progress and decisions.
