Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite in Orlando, FL is seeking an Onsite Building Maintenance Engineer to perform general and preventative maintenance across HOA communities. This onsite role requires hands-on skills with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and facilities systems, plus strong safety awareness.

You'll work with a collaborative team, handle work orders, and be on call for emergencies. The position offers a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k match, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-rise maintenance experience required.
• Experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Generators, Alarm and Sprinkler Systems, Landscape and Irrigation Systems, Drywall, and Painting required
• Experience with Cleaning, Locks, and Gutters is highly desired.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual a plus.
• Must be a proficient problem-solver.
• Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, and chemicals in a manner that does not endanger self, other employees, residents, the environment, or the public in general.
• Experience and skills with simple electric maintenance are a plus, but not necessary.
• Pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• Positive attitude with imitative.
• On-call availability for emergencies required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance.
• Ensure completion of work orders using the work order system.
• General maintenance and grounds work throughout the Community Associations.
• Periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings, and structures.
• Advising the supervisor of needed repairs, improvements, and safety issues
• Other work-related tasks as needed.
