Job summary

Associa's Common Interest Management Services (CIMS) in San Ramon is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to support homeowners’ associations. This in-office role requires a customer-first approach, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries via phone and email.

You will handle work orders, architectural applications, and distribution of keys, with a 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve inbound calls and emails with a customer-first approach.
• Coordinate and monitor work orders for community maintenance and repairs.
• Track and manage architectural applications submitted by homeowners.
• Manage building key/gate remote distributions.
• Prepare reports, bid documentation, and other material.
