Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite office, administration, and maintenance projects at the Myrtle Beach corporate office.
• Coordinate data entry, homeowner inquiries, and monthly payments processing.
• Source vendors, manage RFPs, and oversee vendor selection for capital projects.
• Prepare board packets, agendas, and coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual meetings.
• Create and manage budgets; review Balance Sheet and Income Statement reports.
• Travel to assigned community sites for site visits and inspections.
• Ensure HOA guidelines and regulations are communicated to residents.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; implement board policies and strategic initiatives.
