Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking a supervisor for the HIM ROI Call Center. This onsite role manages daily staffing, coaching and performance evaluations to ensure quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires RHIT and/or CCS within 3 years, with RHIA preferred, and typically 1 year of healthcare experience. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• RHIT and/or CCS must be earned within 3 years of hire; RHIA preferred.
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels; provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Perform or assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions; assess quality of services and facilitate staff development programs.
• Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints; perform staff responsibilities to meet service levels.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
